Angela's method of backlinking involves placing backlinks on the inner pages of high PR and aged authority sites. These sites are indexed at a much quicker rate and crawled more frequently than other sites,In simple words,it is creating profiles on high pr sites.In profiles you place your links.Some site offer placing link with keywords or some offer without it.
Anjela and Paul have started a list service of sites where you can signup and put your link in about me page and get backlinks.
You can get these links yourself if you follow this -
1. Search for social networks, forums where you can make a free profile.
2. Check if their profile pages are indexed and they are dofollow
3. Chk that profile pages are visible to un-registered members(bots)
4. Signup and put your link in your profile page with anchor text.
